Garage Door Installer – Hourly Pay (No Sales Required)
We are hiring a reliable and motivated Garage Door Installer to join our team. This is a dedicated installation role—there is strictly no selling involved.
We offer competitive hourly pay starting at $23/hour, with the ability to reach $30+/hour as you gain experience, efficiency, and professional mastery. Prior garage door installation experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with strong mechanical skills.
What We Offer:
Competitive Hourly Pay: Starting at $23/hr, scaling up to $30+/hr based on skills and performance.
No Sales Required: Your sole focus is quality installation and execution.
Company Vehicle & Fuel: Company truck provided for field installations during working hours (fuel and maintenance fully covered). Note: Vehicle remains at the shop/facility and is not for personal commute.
Comprehensive Benefits: Health insurance, dental insurance, and workers' compensation.
Paid Time Off (PTO): Accrued paid time off.
Tools & Equipment: Access to necessary equipment and supportive team environment.
Your Responsibilities:
Perform clean, accurate, and safe garage door installations at customer sites.

Maintain company tools, equipment, and inventory in good working order.
Provide professional and respectful service when interacting with customers on-site.
Requirements:
Experience: Prior experience in garage door installation is preferred. Mechanical inclination and comfort working with power tools is required.
License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Physical Ability: Capable of heavy lifting, working on ladders, and operating power tools safely.
Work Ethic: Punctual, detail-oriented, with a strong focus on completing installations cleanly and safely.
Independent Worker: Ability to follow job specifications and work efficiently in the field.
