Are you passionate about providing top-notch medical care and support in a dynamic work environment? We are seeking a dedicated full time Nurse to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring the health and well-being of our employees. Full time, three 12 hour shifts for 36 hours a week.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Employee Health & Safety: Promote workplace health and safety by identifying and mitigating health risks.
  • Injury & Illness Management: Provide first aid, assess workplace injuries, and coordinate care with healthcare providers.
  • Health Screenings & Assessments: Conduct pre-employment screenings, routine health exams, and drug testing.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to OSHA, ADA, FMLA, and other workplace health regulations.
  • Case Management: Support employees with return-to-work programs, workers' compensation claims, and accommodations.
  • Health Promotion: Develop wellness programs, including stress management, nutrition, and preventive care initiatives.
  • Emergency Response: Train employees in CPR/First Aid and respond to medical emergencies.
  • Ergonomic Assessments: Recommend workplace modifications to prevent injuries.
