Job Title: Marketing Director

Location: New Rochelle, NY (On-site)
Compensation: $110,000โ€“$150,000 Annually (Salary is contingent on candidateโ€™s experience)

About the Role:

Tri-Vin Wines and Spirits is seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Director to lead the companyโ€™s marketing initiatives across our wine and spirits portfolio. This individual will oversee the development and execution of brand-building programs, sales support initiatives, digital marketing efforts, and market activation strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and revenue growth.

The Marketing Director will work closely with executive leadership, sales teams, suppliers, distributors, and external creative partners to develop impactful marketing strategies that strengthen Tri-Vinโ€™s position within the beverage alcohol industry.

This role requires a highly collaborative leader who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across Tri-Vinโ€™s portfolio of wine and spirits brands
  • Lead annual marketing planning, budgeting, and campaign development
  • Align marketing initiatives with company growth objectives and sales priorities
  • Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and visual consistency across all marketing channels
  • Identify opportunities to increase market visibility, consumer engagement, and brand awareness

Brand Development & Activation

  • Create and implement marketing programs that support both on-premise and off-premise channels
  • Oversee seasonal campaigns, promotional initiatives, events, and activations
  • Collaborate with suppliers and distributor partners to execute impactful marketing initiatives
  • Manage the development of POS materials, presentations, digital assets, and sales support tools
  • Drive innovative ideas that support distribution growth and customer engagement

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead and mentor internal marketing and creative personnel
  • Manage external agencies, vendors, freelancers, and marketing partners
  • Partner closely with sales leadership to support market priorities and national account initiatives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and executive leadership teams
  • Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and marketing budgets

Digital & Content Marketing

  • Oversee website content, social media strategy, email marketing, and digital campaigns
  • Ensure all digital marketing initiatives align with company branding and objectives
  • Analyze digital and campaign performance metrics to optimize future initiatives
  • Support content development for brand storytelling and consumer engagement

Reporting & Performance Analysis

  • Monitor campaign performance, ROI, and sales impact
  • Utilize market trends and industry insights to inform strategic decisions
  • Prepare regular reporting and presentations for executive leadership
  • Identify opportunities for operational and marketing efficiencies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
  • 8+ years of marketing experience, preferably within beverage alcohol, CPG, or related industries
  • Strong understanding of wine and spirits distribution, supplier relationships, and market activation
  • Experience leading integrated marketing campaigns from concept through execution
  • Proven leadership and team management experience
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and marketing platforms
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
