  • Cross-Functional Production & Media Services: Support a range of reprographics tasks including printing, copying, binding, cutting, folding, drilling, and media duplication (CD/DVD creation and labeling from scanned, audio, or video files).
  • Inventory, Delivery & Operational Support: Maintain production supply inventory, restock equipment, support delivery and mail services, deliver completed work to customers, troubleshoot equipment issues, and maintain accurate logs and a well-organized workspace.

What You'll Bring
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: At least three years of high-volume print/copy experience; prior experience in a legal mailroom environment is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to respond to inquiries, provide routine information, and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Service Mindset: A demonstrated commitment to delivering premier client service with a proactive, "can-do" approach.
  • Ability to Perform Under Pressure: Proven ability to manage multiple requests and meet extremely tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical & Equipment Knowledge: Familiarity with postage machines, fax machines, copiers, and printers, including basic troubleshooting such as clearing jams and replacing toner.
