General Summary:

Deliver analytics and insights to drive increased engagement, adoption, and retention across all digital platforms, digital tools and services to grow myDG Delivery. Help evaluate new/emerging digital engagement opportunities aimed at creating strategic advantages for Dollar General’s digital platforms. Be the advocate for digital data integrity, partnering closely with I.T./outside contractors. Also partners with the Digital Product team on Digital Coupons and Offers Gallery, Loyalty, Subscription and more to ensure digital engagement & ecommerce data integrity are a top priority.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Analyze ecommerce performance and delivery actionable insights – monitor KPI’s conversional funnel performance, customer behavior, revenue trends, and product/category performance to identify growth opportunities and revenue targets.
  • Develop reporting, dashboards, and measurement strategies – Build and maintain executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, recurring reporting, and analytics solutions that enable data driven decision-making across ecommerce, site merchandising, DGMN and marketing.
  • Drive conversion optimization and digital experience improvements – Partner with UX, product, and ecommerce teams to identify optimization opportunities, analyze A/B tests, and improve website/app performance.
  • Own analytics implementation and data quality – Manage tracking requirements, analytics tagging, event measurement, data validation, and reporting accuracy in partnership with technology teams.
  • Analyze site merchandising, marketing, and customer performance – Evaluate acquisition channels, digital shelves, landing pages, search conversion, campaigns, customer segments, retention trends, and lifecycle performance to improve customer growth and engagement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and communicate insights – Translate complex analytics into clear recommendations for leadership, merchandising, marketing, operations, and product teams.

  • Proven experience analyzing digital customer journeys, conversion funnels, site/app performance, and revenue-driving opportunities
  • Experience developing dashboards, reporting frameworks, and KPI measurement strategies
  • Experience partnering with ecommerce, marketing, product, UX, merchandising, and technology teams
  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools, data visualization platforms, and digital measurement implementations
  • Experience with A/B testing, CRO, customer segmentation, and performance optimization preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree required
