Security Officer โ€“ Armed Luxury Condominium Security (Overnight / Graveyard Shift)
Pay: $23.50 per hour

  • Thursday, Friday & Saturday โ€” Sunny Isles Beach, FL 33160

We are currently hiring experienced Bilingual Armed Security Officers (English/Spanish) for ultra-luxury condominium properties in Miami and Sunny Isles Beach. This is a premium residential security position ideal for candidates with experience in luxury condos, residential security, concierge security, hotel security, or high-end customer service environments.

This position is for the overnight / graveyard shift (3rd shift) and requires officers who are professional, alert, dependable, and capable of providing both security and concierge-level service in a luxury residential setting.

Key Responsibilities

Armed Security / Residential Security

  • Conduct patrols throughout lobby, garage, amenities, and exterior areas
  • Monitor CCTV cameras and access control systems
  • Control visitor, vendor, and delivery access
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and emergencies
  • Maintain strong situational awareness and professionalism
  • Write detailed incident and daily activity reports
  • Enforce building policies and post orders

Concierge / Customer Service

  • Greet residents and guests professionally

  • Coordinate with concierge, valet, and property management teams
  • Assist residents while maintaining security awareness

Requirements

  • Active Florida Class G Armed Security License (REQUIRED)
  • Active Florida Class D Security License preferred
  • Bilingual English / Spanish REQUIRED
  • 3โ€“5 years of security experience required
  • Experience in luxury condominium, residential, or hotel security preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
