Join Our Team
We are seeking a clinically driven Informatics Pharmacist to join our team in Salina, Kansas. This full-time position offers the opportunity to improve pharmacy operations, enhance medication safety, optimize healthcare technology, and support regulatory compliance in a collaborative healthcare environment.

Schedule:
  • Full-Time, Permanent.
  • Day Shift (8-hour shifts).
  • Hybrid schedule available (eligible to work remotely one day per week).
  • Some evenings, weekends, and on-call responsibilities may be required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimize and maintain pharmacy informatics systems and clinical workflows.
  • Support medication safety initiatives and regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor and manage drug diversion programs and reporting.
  • Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to improve medication-use processes.
  • Support pharmacy automation, electronic health records, and medication management technologies.
  • Ensure safe and accurate medication dispensing while providing drug information to healthcare providers.

Qualifications:
  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an ACPE-accredited program.
  • Active pharmacist license or eligibility for Kansas licensure.
  • Experience with pharmacy informatics, healthcare technology, or clinical pharmacy preferred.
  • Knowledge of electronic health records and pharmacy automation systems.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
