Role Overview
The Screenprint/Warehouse Associate is a hands-on production and fulfillment role supporting day-to-day warehouse operations, order fulfillment, screenprint production, screen room prep, and general production workflow.
This role is ideal for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a fast-moving apparel production environment. The position will support both warehouse and screenprint operations, with opportunities to become cross-trained in production support, screen reclaiming, ink prep, inventory movement, and fulfillment.
The right candidate is reliable, organized, willing to learn, and able to work with urgency while maintaining strong quality standards. This role requires someone who can flex between production and warehouse priorities based on daily business needs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Warehouse & Fulfillment Support
  • Assist with receiving, sorting, labeling, and organizing inbound shipments
  • Pick, pack, and prepare outbound orders accurately and efficiently
  • Fold, bag, tag, barcode, and label garments according to order requirements
  • Support fulfillment runs, retail orders, wholesale orders, rush jobs, and special projects
  • Help load and unload shipments for deliveries to printers, decorators, vendors, and partners
  • Prepare orders with proper packaging, labels, packing slips, and carrier requirements
  • Support carrier pickups and outbound shipment organization
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

2. Inventory Support
  • Label, store, and organize inventory correctly
  • Assist with inventory counts and basic reconciliation as needed
  • Report inventory discrepancies, damages, shortages, or quality issues to the Warehouse Lead
  • Help keep inventory areas organized, accurate, and easy to navigate
  • Support stock movement between production, screenprint, and warehouse areas
  • Assist with restocking blanks, packaging materials, screens, inks, and production supplies

3. Screenprint Production Support
  • Load and unload garments onto the press with speed and consistency
  • Assist press operators with setup, breakdown, and job changeovers
  • Help maintain production pace to meet daily output goals
  • Stage garments, screens, inks, squeegees, floodbars, and other production materials
  • Support catching, flashing, curing, finishing, and heat press applications as needed
  • Monitor basic print quality, including placement, ink coverage, registration, and consistency
  • Identify and communicate print issues early to reduce waste, rework, and downtime
  • Help keep production areas clean, organized, and ready for the next job

4. Screen Room & Ink Support
  • Assist with reclaiming screens after production runs, including ink removal, emulsion removal, degreasing, and cleaning
  • Help coat, image, expose, wash out, tape, and prep screens under direction
  • Inspect screens and flag damaged or worn screens for repair or replacement
  • Stage job carts with screens, inks, squeegees, floodbars, and related materials
  • Help ensure jobs are prepped and ready ahead of production schedules
  • Assist with organizing screen room supplies, ink inventory, formulas, and production materials
  • Support ink mixing and Pantone color matching when trained
  • Follow chemical handling and safety procedures
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe screen room and ink area

5. Workflow & General Production Support
  • Follow production schedules and daily priorities
  • Support rush, hot market, seasonal, or high-priority jobs as assigned
  • Communicate clearly with warehouse, production, and press team members
  • Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and label printers
  • Handle garments, screens, boxes, and production materials throughout the shift
  • Support other production floor or warehouse tasks as assigned

Requirements
What We're Looking For
  • 1+ year of experience in warehouse, fulfillment, shipping/receiving, production, apparel, or a similar hands-on role preferred
  • Screenprinting, apparel production, embroidery, or fulfillment experience preferred
  • Screen reclaiming, screen room, or print shop workflow experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with inventory systems is a plus; Zoho experience is a bonus
  • Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality standards
  • Reliable, punctual, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Interest in learning and growing within apparel production, screenprinting, fulfillment, and warehouse operations
