Lead Residential Concrete Projects with a Team That Takes Pride in Quality

We're looking for a skilled Concrete Foreman to lead residential concrete crews and oversee projects from start to finish. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys building high-quality work, mentoring a team, and keeping projects running safely and efficiently.

If you're confident leading a crew, communicating with customers, and producing exceptional concrete work, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do
  • Lead and supervise residential concrete crews
  • Plan daily work and keep projects on schedule
  • Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and job site logistics
  • Oversee forming, rebar installation, pouring, finishing, and curing
  • Maintain high standards for craftsmanship and job quality
  • Communicate with homeowners, inspectors, subcontractors, and office staff
  • Train and mentor crew members
  • Promote a safe, organized, and productive work environment
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience leading concrete crews or serving as a foreman
  • Strong knowledge of residential concrete construction, including flatwork, forming, finishing, and decorative concrete
  • Ability to read plans, solve problems, and make sound decisions on the job
  • Experience operating construction equipment is a plus
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
