Job description

Enterprise Precast Concrete is seeking a skilled and experienced Traveling Concrete Patcher to join our team. As a leading precast concrete manufacturer, we take pride in providing high-quality precast components for large-scale construction projects. The Concrete Patcher will be responsible for repairing and patching precast concrete elements at our production plant in Corsicana. The concrete patcher must also have the ability to travel 90% of the time - Typically on the road Monday through Friday working at job sites in Texas and surrounding states.
Responsibilities
  • Assess the condition of concrete surfaces and determine the most appropriate repair methods
  • Prepare surfaces for patching by cleaning, chipping, or grinding as necessary
  • Mix and apply repair materials according to specifications
  • Use tools and equipment such as trowels, brushes, and grinders to achieve smooth finishes
  • Ensure that repaired areas match the surrounding concrete in color and texture
  • Follow safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment at all times
  • Document work performed and report any issues or concerns to the project manager

Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in concrete or construction labor
  • Physical ability to perform manual labor and work in various weather conditions
  • Physical ability to work in high altitudes over 10 stories high
  • Attention to detail and ability to achieve high-quality finishes
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions
  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
