Description


Parts Counter Sales Associate is responsible for assisting internal technicians and external customers with identifying, sourcing, and selling automotive parts and accessories. This role requires strong product knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to accurately process orders using dealership systems. The associate supports department goals by maintaining inventory accuracy, coordinating special orders, and promoting a positive dealership experience.

Requirements

What You'll Do:

  • Assist customers and technicians with parts needs
  • Look up, order, and stock parts accurately
  • Maintain inventory and keep the department organized
  • Deliver excellent customer service

Preferred:

  • 1-2 years of automotive or parts experience
  • Experience with dealership systems (CDK, Dealertrack)
  • Parts catalog experience (OEM or aftermarket)
  • OEM experience (Hyundai or Chrysler preferred)
  • Experience in an automotive parts retail or service environment
