WHOwe're looking for:
We are seeking a Databricks Alliances Manager to grow and deepen our Databricks relationship, drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, and accelerate revenue through joint go-to-market activity. This role will sit at the intersection of sales, alliances, and solution development, with primary accountability for expanding commercial traction across the Databricks ecosystem and adjacent partner network.
You will serve as both a thought leader and a hands-on solutions executive, bridging business strategy with technical delivery. You will engage with C-suite clients to define transformative roadmaps, partner with Databricks as a strategic partner, and ensure our clients realize measurable business value from their data and AI investments.
Roleand Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute the Databricks alliance strategy and go-to-market plan for WorldLink.
  • Grow and deepen the Databricks relationship through executive alignment, field engagement, and joint business planning.
  • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline through co-sell motions with Databricks, cloud hyperscalers, and adjacent technology partners.
  • Build and scale Databricks-led offers, accelerators, workshops, and repeatable solution plays that support pipeline creation and revenue growth.
  • Partner closely with sales leadership to identify, shape, and accelerate Databricks-related opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain joint account plans with Databricks field teams and internal sales stakeholders.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to client executives on data, AI, analytics, and modernization initiatives powered by Databricks.
  • Translate WorldLink's value proposition into clear Databricks-enabled client solutions and compelling commercial outcomes.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, AI/ML engineers, architects, consultants, and delivery leaders to ensure solution feasibility and execution quality.
  • Strengthen WorldLink's presence across the Databricks ecosystem while expanding commercial opportunities across AWS, Azure, GCP, and other strategic partners.
  • Track and report on pipeline creation, partner influence, opportunity progression, and revenue contribution.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and delivery excellence.
  • Expand organizational expertise in selling, shaping, and scaling offerings on the Databricks platform.

RequiredExperience and Education:
  • 3-5 years of experience working with Databricks in a partner, alliances, sales, solutions, or delivery capacity.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Databricks certification(s) preferred.
  • Prior experience working with Databricks in a similar role, ideally with exposure to partner-led GTM and co-sell motions.
  • Proven success driving Databricks implementation and solution selling.
  • Demonstrated ability to build repeatable offerings, accelerators, or industry-specific plays.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across sales, delivery, and technical teams.
  • Excellent project management skills with experience building and executing strategic growth plans.
  • Ability to operate with initiative, autonomy, and a strong commercial mindset.
