Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically strong Database Administrator to manage, optimize, and support CRM systems and reporting infrastructure. This role is critical in ensuring system performance, data integrity, and the delivery of actionable business insights through reporting and analytics. Key Responsibilities of the Database Administrator:

  • Serve as the primary administrator for the CRM system, managing configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Support system integrations, plugins, enhancements, and vendor coordination.
  • Lead or assist with CRM-related projects including upgrades, migrations, and new feature implementations.
  • Manage user access, roles, permissions, and ensure system security and usability.
  • Establish and maintain system standards, workflows, naming conventions, and SOP documentation.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to users across departments.
  • Support workflow automation and business process optimization initiatives.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI and CRM reporting tools.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries, views, and stored procedures for data extraction and analysis.
  • Design and maintain databases, tables, and data structures to support reporting and warehousing needs.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define and track KPIs, metrics, and performance indicators.
  • Perform data analysis to ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and business relevance.
  • Implement data validation, governance, and quality assurance processes.
  • Support recurring monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles, including archival activities.

Required Qualifications of the Database Administrator:

  • Proven experience administering CRM systems and supporting business users.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and database management.
  • Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
  • Knowledge of system integrations, workflows, and automation.
  • Ability to analyze complex datasets and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
