About the Role:

As an Inventory Clerk, you play a crucial role in our operations. You will oversee the inventory control processes in our workshop, ensuring efficient handling of replacement computer parts—from receiving and labeling to auditing, stocking, and shipping. We are looking for someone with a hands-on approach to learning, multi-tasking abilities & problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused attitude. Qualifications:

As an Inventory Clerk, you will play a key role in supporting our mission to serve educators by ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and organization of our inventory operations. You will oversee the daily workflow of inventory processes, including receiving shipments, system entry, shelving, labeling, physical audits, and reconciliation of stock.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing both people and processes with precision, while consistently maintaining high standards of efficiency and accuracy.


Other qualifications include:

  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • Technical know-how (must be able to operate computers and perform data entry)
  • Ability to lift approximately 50+ lbs
  • Able to pass a background check and have the legal right to work in the U.S.
  • Flexibility in tasks and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Qualifications/Requirements:

1-2 years of Inventory clerk experience

High School Diploma or equivalent
