Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic
Business Development & Marketing Representative to drive B2B growth for our client's secure IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) services.
You will hunt new logos, build corporate/government relationships, and manage the full sales lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Hunt & Close: Secure new B2B clients (corps, gov contractors, hospitals, schools).
- Lead Gen: Generate pipeline via cold outreach, site visits, and local networking.
- Pitch & Promote: Present secure ITAD solutions aligned with NIST SP 800-88 standards.
- Manage CRM: Build and track your sales pipeline using HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Coordinate: Work with operations to schedule asset pickups and data destruction reporting.
Qualifications
- 3+ Years in B2B sales or business development (IT/Tech services preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
- Proficient with modern CRMs (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Knowledge of data security, e-waste, or compliance standards is a plus.
- Must be local to Stafford, VA for full-time on-site work.
