Full-Time | In Office | Boston, MassachusettsCohn & Dussi, LLC is seeking a full-time Data Entry Clerk to join our Boston office. This position is responsible for entering and maintaining new collection and litigation matters within our CaseMaster Pro software system.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling a high-volume workload in a fast-paced legal environment.ResponsibilitiesEnter new collection and litigation files into the firm's CaseMaster Pro system Review account placement information for accuracy and completeness Input client, debtor, court, and case-related data Upload and organize supporting documentation and correspondence Verify information entered into the system and correct discrepancies Maintain accurate electronic records and file organization Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, collectors, and operations staff regarding file setup and updates Assist with administrative and data management projects as needed QualificationsPrior data entry or administrative experience required Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage large volumes of information efficiently Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Prior law firm, collections, or litigation experience preferred but not required Experience with legal software or case management systems is a plus Compensation & BenefitsAnnual salary of $48,000-$54,000, depending on experience Health insurance and benefits package Paid time off and holidays Opportunity for growth within a well-established law firm About the FirmCohn & Dussi, LLC is a nationally recognized commercial litigation and creditors' rights law firm representing financial institutions, equipment finance companies, commercial lenders, and businesses throughout the United States.
