As part of our High Voltage Products Business Unit, the Data Analytics Engineer position will play a key role in delivering quality solutions that support grid modernization and sustainability. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
How You'll Make an Impact
  • Collaborate with manufacturing teams to meet customer-specific quality requirements
  • Analyze customer feedback and identify areas for improvement
  • Monitor and evaluate risk mitigation measures
  • Lead change management processes for product and process modifications
  • Interpret quality data to identify trends and recommend improvements
  • Support Lean Six Sigma and other process improvement initiatives
  • Conduct root cause analysis using tools like 5 Whys and fishbone diagrams
  • Provide training on process performance monitoring and improvement

Your Background
  • We are looking for talented professionals to be based in Mount Pleasant PA, with diverse backgrounds. Our ideal candidate is as follows:
  • Able to address promptly and effectively quality issues in order to eliminate or reduce their impact, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Certification or experience in problem solving and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience in Quality processes and concepts in the SAP Quality Module
  • Prior experience working with SAP S4/HANA
  • Prior relevant Industry experience, knowledge of Quality Management and concepts
  • Bachelor's degree and experience in Business Operations and quality processes.
  • Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States. This role does not offer sponsorship currently or in the future.
