Job description

Centurion is proud to be a leading provider of comprehensive healthcare services to correctional facilities, state hospitals, and community mental health centers nationwide.

We are currently seeking a full-time Data Analyst to join our Regional office in Jefferson City, MO.



The Data Analyst is responsible for supporting operational and clinical contract requirements via data pipeline development and maintenance, report building, and dashboard creation.

  • Collect Data and compile reports (Power BI/Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
  • Prepare narrative report graphs and charts  
  • Use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management, and other applications 
  • Follow designated chain of command for resolution of issues
  • Attend all staff meetings and in-service education programs, as required
  • Ensure compliance with all facility and Company policies, Federal and State laws, regulations, and guidelines including HIPAA
  • Coordinate care closely with security staff while maintaining a positive, collaborative relationship
  • Maintain ethical commitment to ensure confidentiality within the limits of a correctional environment
  •  Understand and adhere to safety and security rules and regulations of the institution
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, informatics, public health, nursing, or a behavioral/mental health discipline (Master’s Degree Preferred).
  • 3 + years of progressive, relevant experience
  • 3 + years SQL, R, and/or Python experience
  • 3 + years BI Software experience (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, etc.)
