Job Summary
OSG is seeking an Assessment Data Analyst to analyze Higher Headquarters Assessment (HHA) findings, identify enterprise trends, and develop executive reports, metrics, and briefing materials. This role supports preparation of draft and final HHA reports, tracks corrective actions, produces recurring performance reports and data visualizations, and supports quality assurance reviews through data validation and analytical research.
Specific Responsibilities
  • Analyze assessment findings and identify enterprise trends.
  • Develop executive reports, metrics, and briefing materials.
  • Support preparation of draft and final HHA reports.
  • Track corrective actions and monitor implementation status.
  • Produce recurring performance reports and data visualizations.
  • Support quality assurance reviews through data validation.
  • Identify recurring vulnerabilities and best practices across installations.
  • Assist assessment teams with research and analytical support.

Requirements
Required Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, Homeland Security, Criminal Justice, Emergency Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years supporting DoD, Army, or Federal assessment programs.
  • Experience performing trend analysis, data visualization, executive reporting, and performance metrics.
  • Experience supporting inspections, assessments, corrective action programs, or continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Required Certifications: Active Secret Security Clearance; DoD Cyber Awareness Training; OPSEC Level I.
  • Clearance Level Required: Active Secret
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Preferred Certifications: Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate; Lean Six Sigma Green Belt; Tableau (or equivalent analytics platform).

Physical Requirements and Work Environment
  • Work is primarily performed in a standard office environment with occasional travel to installations and program events. Ability to sit for extended periods and use standard office equipment (computer, phone, etc.).
