Seeking an Experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee luxury residential renovations, additions, custom homes, and spec home projects throughout Palm Beach County.
We are looking for a motivated leader who takes ownership of projects, leads by example, and is committed to delivering exceptional craftsmanship and customer service. Must possess strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to achieve solutions, maintain trade relationships, and keep projects on schedule and within budget This is not a position for someone simply looking to punch a clock—we are seeking someone who wants to make a meaningful impact, help grow the company, and build a long-term career.
Superintendent from $65k-$85k
Responsibilities

  • Manage daily field operations from project start through completion
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
  • Maintain project schedules and critical path timelines
  • Review drawings, specifications, and construction details
  • Coordinate inspections and ensure code compliance
  • Verify field measurements and installation accuracy
  • Track lead times and material deliveries
  • Perform quality control inspections throughout all phases of construction
  • Maintain daily logs, project photos, and field documentation
  • Work closely with Project Managers to keep projects on schedule and within budget
  • Oversee all trades including framing, roofing, waterproofing, concrete, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, low voltage systems, millwork, stonework, and high-end interior finishes
  • Ensure jobsites remain clean, professional, organized, and safe
  • Assist with field labor and problem solving when necessary
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners, designers, inspectors, architects, and trade partners
Qualifications Required
  • Minimum 5 years of Superintendent experience
  • Experience with high-end home renovations, luxury custom homes, or spec homes
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
  • Strong understanding of all construction trades and sequencing
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Basic computer, tablet, and mobile device proficiency
  • Ability to communicate professionally through email and text
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record
  • Ability to work occasional Saturdays when required 7am-1pm
Preferred
  • Buildertrend, Procore, AutoCAD, or similar software experience
  • Critical Path Scheduling experience
  • OSHA Certification
  • Construction Management or Engineering degree (or equivalent experience)
  • Spanish speaking is a strong plus
