Creative Health Solutions is hiring a Full-Time SLP or consistent PRN SLP to join our in-house therapy team in Brooksville, FL at our beautiful, modern Skilled Nursing Facility with Assisted Living.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and administer therapy programs aimed at improving patients' physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
  • Work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to create personalized treatment plans for patients.
  • Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare professionals regarding treatment plans and patient outcomes.
  • Continuously educate patients and their families on therapeutic procedures and techniques
  • Stay up to date with the latest therapy techniques and methodologies.
 Qualifications
