About the Role
The Senior Creative Director is a visionary leader responsible for driving the creative strategy, brand expression, and storytelling for Veeam across global brand campaigns, digital experiences, product launches, and integrated marketing initiatives. This role blends big-picture thinking with hands-on creative leadership, guiding multi-disciplinary teams to produce impactful, high-quality work that accelerates Veeam's brand presence and measurable business outcomes.
You will partner closely with Marketing, Product, and Executive stakeholders to translate business priorities into creative that is bold, cohesive, and consistent worldwide. This role reports into the VP, Corporate Marketing.
What You'll Do
Creative Leadership & Vision
  • Set and evolve the creative vision for Veeam's global brand aligned to our new positioning.
  • Lead concept development for major campaigns, launches, and high-visibility programs (Ex. RSA and VeeamON).
  • Raise the creative bar across digital, video, social, web, experiential, and OOH.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, confidently presenting ideas and influencing strategic direction.
  • Ensure all creative output reflects Veeam's values, vision, and market leadership.

Team Management & Collaboration
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a multi-disciplinary creative team.
  • Establish clear processes, standards, and frameworks to scale creative strategy across the organization.
  • Foster a high-performing, collaborative and continuously improving culture.
  • Provide clear creative direction and actionable feedback.

Strategy & Execution
  • Translate business goals into creative strategies and deliverables.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment and maintain brand consistency.
  • Oversee quality control for all creative output.

Brand Stewardship
  • Evolve and maintain Veeam's brand guidelines.
  • Identify opportunities to innovate our visual and verbal identity.
What You'll Bring
  • 15+ years of experience in creative leadership roles, ideally in global B2B or tech.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing impactful, forward-thinking creative work in the technology sectors.
  • Exceptional conceptual thinking, design sensibility, and storytelling skills.
  • Proven experience leading integrated creative teams and large-scale campaigns.
  • Strong strategic thinking and executive communication abilities.
  • High proficiency in creative tools and modern production workflows.
Bonus Skills
  • Experience in enterprise technology, cybersecurity, SaaS, or cloud infrastructure.
  • Experience managing global brand systems or large-scale rebrands.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, matrixed environments.

Compensation Transparency
Veeam is committed to pay transparency and equitable compensation. For this role, the compensation range below reflects the expected total target compensation (TTC), inclusive of base pay and a competitive performance-based bonus. For roles with a commission plan, the compensation range represents On Target Earnings (OTE), which includes base salary plus variable commission. When determining compensation, Veeam takes into consideration factors such as experience, education, skills, and geographic zone. Offers are typically made below the midpoint of the range.
In addition to compensation, Veeam provides a comprehensive benefits package, including health coverage, retirement plans, and unlimited time off.

Zone 3: Texas, Illinois, North Carolina, Colorado, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Oregon, Nevada, Hawaii, New York (excluding NYC boroughs); Sales roles located in Georgia, Ohio, and Arizona
$228,800-$475,200 USD
Zone 4: All other US locations
$199,100-$413,600 USD
