Job description

Join Our Team as a Consumer Protection Attorney at Axiom

We are currently seeking Consumer Protection Regulation Attorneys to work for some of the world's leading technology companies. This is an existing vacancy.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance on meeting legal compliance obligations related to consumer protection regulations, with a focus on product safety, liability, and youth protection.
  • Deliver legal advice on product liability issues, including defending against consumer claims and ensuring compliance with warranty and safety obligations. 
  • Provide strategic counsel on platform integrity, digital safety, and trust & safety initiatives, ensuring compliance with consumer protection laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist internal teams in product development, marketing, content moderation, and customer service to ensure their activities align with company goals and applicable consumer protection regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Licensed U.S. attorney with 7+ years of focused experience in consumer protection regulation, particularly in technology, e-commerce, media, or digital products. 
  • Knowledge of trust & safety frameworks, youth protection regulations, and ethics/compliance requirements. 
  • Experience advising on product safety, advertising compliance, and content moderation. 
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to navigate complex regulatory and ethical landscapes. 
Compensation:

The estimated total compensation for full-time Axiom attorney roles is $104,500-325,000 per year and for non-attorney roles is $71,250-309,750 per year. Compensation decisions are based on various factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, certifications, location, and business needs.  Employees may be eligible for additional benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance; paid holidays and PTO; flexible work arrangements; and professional development opportunities and tools.
