Job description

We are currently seeking a full-time Construction Laborer to be a part of the day to day maintenance activities of our unique environment. Candidate must have experience in building and grounds maintenance. Experience in construction trades such as carpentry, electrical, plumbing, welding, and HVAC is highly desired.

FULL-TIME EMPLOYEE BENEFITS:

  • HEALTH INSURANCE - Regular full-time employees are eligible to enroll in our Medical, Dental and Vision plans the first of the month following 60-days of employment in full-time status.  We also offer various supplemental insurance programs to meet your specific needs.  
  • PAID TIME OFF (PTO) – Full-time non-exempt employees begin accruing PTO at a rate of one week for the first year of employment, which can be used after 90 days of employment (.01925 hours per regular hour worked). The accrual rate increases to two weeks after two years of employment (.0385 hours per regular hour worked).

POSITION REQUIREMENTS::

Must possess a valid California driver license. Must be able to provide a clean DMV driving record, upon request.

Although this position works Monday-Friday, qualified individuals MUST be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Must be professional, friendly and enjoy working with the public!
