Industrial Shadeports is growing! We’re looking for a full-time Construction Project Manager to join our team in Fort Lauderdale. We design and build high-quality shade structures for playgrounds, parks, and more.

What You'll Do:
  • Manage all phases of construction projects
  • Lead field crews and oversee job site execution
  • Ensure safety, quality, timelines, and budgets are met
  • Coordinate logistics, inspections, and final walkthroughs
  • Communicate clearly with crews, office staff, and clients

What You Bring:
  • 5+ years of construction project management experience
  • 2+ years of field supervision
  • Clean Florida driver’s license & reliable transportation (Required)
  • Able to travel to job sites across Florida
  • Must pass background and license checks (E-Verify used)
