Job description

Holman’s Custom Cabinets is seeking a full-time Cabinet Engineer / CAD Designer to join our growing team in Sparta, Tennessee.
We are looking for someone experienced with Cabinet Vision software who can help engineer cabinetry designs for CNC production and manufacturing.

Position Responsibilities:
• Create cabinet drawings and engineering layouts using Cabinet Vision
• Prepare CNC-ready files for production
• Work closely with production and management teams
• Review measurements, layouts, and project details for accuracy
• Optimize designs for manufacturing efficiency
• Assist with both custom residential and commercial cabinetry projects

Qualifications:
• Experience using Cabinet Vision software required
• Strong CAD drafting and engineering skills
• Understanding of cabinet construction and manufacturing methods
• Ability to read blueprints and architectural drawings
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• CNC experience is a plus

  • Commercial casework experience is a plus

Compensation & Benefits:
• $70,000–$95,000 per year
