Role Description
We are seeking a Commercial Construction Project Manager for a full-time on-site role in Walkertown, NC. The Project Manager will oversee all preconstruction, design, and construction project phases, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Daily responsibilities include coordinating project schedules, managing budgets, supervising construction teams, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality regulations. The Project Manager will also communicate with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Construction Project Management and Construction Management.
  • Strong skills in Project Coordination and Project Management.
  • Proficiency in Budgeting and cost control related to construction projects.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and leadership qualities for team and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Proficient in construction scheduling software and Microsoft Office tools.
