Coffee Production Associate

Finger Lakes Coffee Roasters | Victor, NY | Full-Time | In Person

Are you reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to be part of a fast-paced coffee production team? Finger Lakes Coffee Roasters is looking for a Coffee Production Associate to support daily roasting, packaging, and warehouse operations at our Victor, NY production facility.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in consistency and quality, and wants to be part of a team that helps bring fresh, high-quality coffee products to customers throughout the region.

What You’ll Do

As a Coffee Production Associate, you’ll help keep production running smoothly by supporting a variety of daily warehouse and coffee preparation tasks. Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with coffee production, packaging, labeling, flavoring, grinding, and related production tasks

• Picking, staging, and preparing materials for production runs and customer orders

• Operating basic production and packaging equipment after proper training

• Supporting shipping, receiving, and general warehouse activities as needed

• Following established procedures, quality standards, and workplace safety rules

• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe production area

• Completing basic production, batch, and inventory records accurately

• Working closely with roasters, production leads, and team members to meet daily goals
