Finger Lakes Coffee Roasters | Victor, NY | Full-Time | In Person

Finger Lakes Coffee Roasters is looking for a dependable and energetic Delivery & Production Associate to join our fast-paced warehouse and roasting facility in Victor, NY. This full-time role is a great fit for someone who enjoys staying active, working with a team, and helping deliver high-quality coffee and café products throughout the Finger Lakes and Western NY regions.

What You’ll Do

Delivery Responsibilities make up approximately 70%–75% of the weekly role and include delivering wholesale coffee and café-related products, stocking and merchandising shelves at grocery outlets, and providing reliable service to customers throughout assigned routes.

Production Responsibilities make up approximately 25%–30% of the weekly role and include picking and shipping orders, flavoring, grinding, and packaging coffee, receiving shipments, maintaining a clean work area, and supporting daily warehouse operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Valid New York State driver’s license required.

• Clean driving record and ability to be insured under company policies required.

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and remain on your feet for most of the shift.

• Dependable, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Positive attitude and willingness to support both delivery and production needs.

• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, as permitted by applicable law.
