Envision Behavioral Wellness Coaching is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapists to join our team in Gresham, Oregon. As a Full-Time Mental Health Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing effective support and therapeutic intervention to individuals dealing with mental health challenges. Envision Behavioral Wellness Coaching is a leading outpatient mental health facility that specializes in comprehensive behavioral health care. This is a remote full-time position, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while maintaining a strong connection to our office team in Gresham, Oregon. Regular business hours are observed from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. This structure promotes a healthy work-life balance while enabling our therapists to engage fully with our client base.

• Conduct detailed clinical assessments to understand the unique needs and circumstances of each client.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations while preserving the integrity of client information.
• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary treatment team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure holistic care.
• Participate in case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance the quality of care delivered to clients.
• Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by staying current with the latest research and advancements in the mental health field.

Our patient population includes a wide range of individuals who may be experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues. As a therapist at Envision Behavioral Wellness Coaching, you will work closely with clients of varied backgrounds and age groups, tailoring your therapeutic approach to meet their distinct needs. The diversity of our clientele allows therapists to specialize in different areas and apply diverse therapeutic techniques.

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon.
• Proven ability to apply solution-based psychotherapy interventions tailored to individual client needs.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on establishing therapeutic relationships built on trust and empathy.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to navigate complex client situations and guide them toward positive outcomes.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment where colleagues' contributions are valued.

• Experience in delivering trauma-informed care and working with diverse populations.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and their application in outpatient settings.
• Previous experience in a remote working environment and utilizing digital tools for therapy delivery.

• Annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 based on experience and qualifications.
