Job Status/Type: Full-time, year-round
Position Level: Mid-Level
Shift/Schedule Requirements: Ability to work various shifts and days including nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs.
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Food & Beverage, Retail, and General Receiving warehouse. This position manages the receiving, warehousing, and distribution operation of the warehouse, and is the primary purchaser of food and beverage products and supplies.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor inventory levels and maintain adequate stock to support park operations. Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation of discrepancies. Ensure product pricing accuracy within inventory and purchasing systems, and corporate contract agreements. Track purchase orders, deliveries, and pricing to maintain cost control and purchasing accuracy. Analyze usage trends and historical data to project inventory needs and support operational planning. Work closely with the food and beverage team to forecast supply needs. Maintain proper product rotation and monitor expiration dates for food and beverage inventory.
  • Establish and maintain positive working relationships with vendors and suppliers.
    Coordinate product ordering, deliveries, and issue resolution with vendors. Communicate product availability, pricing changes, and delivery schedules to internal departments. Work with vendors to ensure timely deliveries and product quality standards.
  • Supervise and schedule one full-time warehouse employee and up to sixteen seasonal associates. Hire and train seasonal warehouse employees during peak operating seasons. Assign daily tasks including receiving, stocking, order picking, and deliveries. Provide ongoing coaching, performance management, and issue resolution. Ensure associates follow safety procedures and operational standards.
  • Work closely with Food & Beverage, Retail, Games, and Operations teams to coordinate delivery schedules to ensure departments receive products in a timely manner. Communicate supply shortages, delivery delays, or vendor issues to appropriate management.
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of food and beverage products in compliance with health and safety regulations. Maintain compliance with company policies, corporate purchasing procedures, and applicable local and state regulations. Enforce safe equipment operation including forklifts, pallet jacks, and delivery vehicles.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy and reporting through coordination and management of cycle counts and annual physical inventories.
  • Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; and initiating corrective actions

ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Must successfully complete certification for the operation of motorized equipment, including park trucks, forklifts and other equipment used in warehouse operations
  • Responsible for expense controls, including seasonal labor, to ensure all expense spending is in accordance with approved budget levels, subject to management approvals
  • Responsible for the continuous training of seasonal associates to perform assigned tasks safely and efficiently

Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of inventory control and supply chain management experience
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Strong understanding of health code requirements and OSHA guidelines
  • 1-2 years of theme park experience preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate heavy machinery
