Job description

Job Summary:

Culpepper & Associates Security Services is seeking multiple experienced, and highly motivated personnel to join our team working at U.S. Special Operations Command, MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa, Florida. 

Employment Status: Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week.
Schedule: Monday thru Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm adjusted 8-hour shift schedules.
Hourly Wage: $26.43 per hour.
 

Primary Focus
Cleared Escorts will escort uncleared construction contractors, maintenance or cleaning personnel and others as required (collectively called visitors) throughout the collateral secret and Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) spaces within the USSOCOM Headquarters’ compound and ancillary remote buildings located on MacDill AFB.


Job Responsibilities

  • Observes the work of personnel under escort to ensure compliance with safety and security requirements.
  • Call the Security Monitor Center to de-alarm and/or re-alarm restricted spaces when required.
  • Observe visitors outside in the vicinity of entrances to restricted spaces.
  • Communicate with visitors and government personnel as required to facilitate the accomplishment of work.
  • Report trespass, sabotage, espionage, theft of property, accidental or willful damage or destruction of property to USSOCOM Security Management Office.

    Applicants are subject to a pre-employment physical and drug & alcohol screening and/or random drug screen, and must pass a criminal background history check, with no history of domestic violence.  All at company expense.
