HVAC Duct Cleaning Technician (Lead & Apprentice Roles) Location: Hillsboro / Portland Metro Area Job Type: Full-time

Salary:

  • Lead Technician: $30/hr + daily performance bonuses

  • Apprentice/Helper: $23/hr + daily performance bonuses

  • Performance Pay: Earn extra daily based on production and upsells. Top performers can earn $60K$75K+ annually

JOB DUTIES:
  • Clean residential HVAC duct systems using professional equipment.

  • Set up negative air machines, air whips, and vac systems.

  • Work as a 2-man crew to complete 23 jobs per day.

  • Maintain a clean, professional job site.

  • Provide over-the-top customer service by explaining services and identifying add-on opportunities (Lead role).

  • Follow all safety protocols and training per company policy.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Lead Technician (1 Position):

  • HVAC, duct cleaning, or similar field experience required.

  • Comfortable leading a job, running the crew, and interacting directly with customers.

  • Ability to upsell add-on services (we will train you on our specific offerings).

  • Strong work ethic and efficiency.

Apprentice / Helper (1 Position):

  • Mechanically inclined.

  • Reliable, shows up on time, and has a positive attitude.

  • Willing to learn, take direction, and assist the Lead Technician.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & LICENSING:
  • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.

  • Must be able to lift 50+ lbs.

  • Must be able to be on your feet/knees for extended periods of time.

  • Must be able to work in crawl spaces and attics for periods of time.

  • Comfortable working in residential homes and occasionally outdoors in the elements.

  • Clean, professional appearance and good communication skills.
