These roles can include pastors, ministers, worship leaders, administrators, youth directors, and support staff. Full-time church workers may be responsible for leading services, providing spiritual guidance, managing church operations, organizing events, and supporting congregational needs. These positions usually come with regular salaries and may include benefits such as health insurance and paid time off.
