STAFF LEVEL: Support Staff, Full Time

REPORTS TO: Live Events Director

SUMMARY

The Production Technician's primary responsibility is to provide production support for weekend services, special events and other event environments across the life of the church. The Production Technician collaborates with the whole team to lead production elements, projects and weekends. This person will develop, coach and lead volunteers to utilize technology that shapes environments that draw people into an encounter with Christ.This role will bring energy, excellence and joy while serving on the Production team.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lighting

Provide lighting design for regular gatherings, camps, retreats and special events. This role will collaborate with other creatives within the Creative team.

Stage Design

Help provide fresh staging designs and stage layouts

Support

Support production projects and weekend services.

Maintain

Assist the Production team in maintaining all campus production equipment.

Collaborate

Meet regularly with the Music and Production teams to remain aligned with the mission.
