Brand Promotion Specialist

Key Responsibilities

A. Brand Influence Building & Communication

  • Drive brand visibility and influence across multiple channels and consumer groups, ensuring a clear and distinctive brand image.
  • Plan and execute storytelling initiatives, value proposition communication, and cultural messaging to strengthen market recognition and customer loyalty.
  • Continuously expand brand exposure within Chinese communities, the mainstream U.S. market, and through cross-industry collaborations.

B. Event Planning & Execution

  • Develop and execute online and offline promotional events (product launches, holiday campaigns, membership activities, cross-industry collaborations) in line with the annual brand plan.
  • Draft event proposals, design workflows, and manage budgets to ensure seamless execution.
  • Supervise on-site implementation to ensure alignment with brand positioning and desired impact.

C. Online Promotion & Operations

  • Plan and execute campaign strategies on social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu, and TikTok.
  • Write promotional content and collaborate with design and media teams to produce campaign assets.
  • Monitor campaign performance data, analyze effectiveness, and provide optimization recommendations.

D. On-Site Event Execution

  • Oversee event setup, including materials, venue coordination, and process supervision.
  • Maintain order at event sites, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
  • Collect attendee feedback for continuous improvement.

E. Cross-Department Collaboration

  • Work closely with Operations, Design, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to align event needs and details.
  • Coordinate with external partners (media, venues, vendors) to ensure resources and support are secured.

F. Data Analysis & Post-Event Review

  • Compile and analyze event performance data (attendance, sales conversion, social media engagement, etc.).
  • Summarize highlights and areas for improvement, producing post-event reports for future reference.

Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, Brand Management, Integrated Marketing Communications, Business Analytics, or Digital Marketing.
  • Hands-on experience in brand influence building and communication, with a proven ability to translate brand values into effective messaging; successful brand building and communication case studies required.
  • 2+ years of experience in brand promotion, event planning/execution, or marketing operations.
  • Proven track record in successfully planning and executing online or offline events.
  • Familiarity with both online marketing channels and offline event workflows, with end-to-end project management skills.
  • Strong execution ability and communication skills; capable of driving collaboration across multiple stakeholders.
  • Solid copywriting ability and commercial aesthetic sense; able to produce promotional content independently.
  • Proactive, responsible, resilient under pressure, with a strong sense of innovation.
  • Fluent in Mandarin; excellent proficiency in English .
