Job description

The Casino Cashier assists guests with currency exchanges, voucher cash-ins, and check cashing.
In addition to hourly wage, a shift differential will be added to 2nd and 3rd shifts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Safeguards assets of the company
  2. Handles chip purchases, chip and ticket redemption, even exchanges, and check cashing.
  3. Ensures cage compliance with all Currency Transaction Reporting regulations

QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED required. Previous casino cage or high-volume cash handling experience preferred.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Missouri Gaming Level II Gaming License required.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must be able to effectively communicate in English both verbal and written.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
