Job description

POSITION SUMMARY
Assit with branch operations. Deliver an outstanding customer experience by assisting customers with all consumer banking needs to include, but not limited to: deposits, withdrawals, account maintenance, account inquires, online banking and mobile banking assistance, cross-selling of bank products and services, and resolution of customer service issues
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
• Some college in relevant degree field.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Organizes and balances cash drawer in a timely manner, and adheres to the cash limit policy and usage of 2nd drawer.
• Follows proper policy regarding the processing of transaction: deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, tax payments, cash advances, etc.
• Maintains customer confidentiality – adheres to the Bank’s Security Acts, Privacy Policy, safeguards and secures and secures customer information
• Maintains and adheres to Branch security procedures, follows open amp; close procedures, and protects bank assets and documents, etc.
• Demonstrates superior product and services knowledge, and the mechanics of each
• Extends excellent customer service to all customers and prospective customers
• Maintains positive interpersonal relationships with customers and employees.
• Professionally handles complex customer transactions or customer service issues with sound judgment and decision-making.
• Adheres specifically to all corporate policies and procedures.
• Employee must adhere to Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering/OFAC and Customer Identification Policy and procedures at all times.
• Maintains knowledge of the Bank’s services to take advantage of opportunities for selling and cross-selling of products and services.
• Performs other duties as required.
