The Quality Inn Moab is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor who is passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role is ideal for a service-driven leader who enjoys supporting a team, solving problems, and ensuring every guest leaves with a positive impression.

As the Front Desk Supervisor, you will help lead daily front desk operations, support and coach team members, and ensure that our guests receive the friendly, efficient service our hotel is known for.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure front desk operations run smoothly while maintaining high service standards
  • Lead by example in delivering outstanding guest service and ensuring every guest leaves satisfied
  • Support, coach, and empower Front Desk and Night Audit staff
  • Create and maintain the front desk schedule, ensuring all shifts are properly covered
  • Assist with pre-registration and room blocking as needed
  • Ensure team compliance with cash handling, credit, and check-cashing policies
  • Keep staff informed about incoming groups, new accounts, and upcoming events
  • Ensure daily front desk checklists are completed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
  • Stay knowledgeable on brand standards, promotions, and guest service expectations
  • Communicate regularly with the General Manager and Rooms Division leadership regarding operations and updates
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team support skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced or stressful situations
  • Comfortable interacting with guests, vendors, and coworkers
  • Strong computer skills required
  • Hotel front desk experience preferred
  • Choice hotel experience preferred

Schedule

Full-time position. Schedule will include evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to support hotel operations.
