Under minimal supervision, this role provides specialized support and guidance to internal business units and external clients, ensuring clients have the compliance information necessary to meet due diligence requirements. This role drives the continuous improvement of Jack Henry's client assurance strategy by maintaining program documentation, creating educational resources, and proactively addressing gaps.
This is a remote position and candidates must live within approximately a 70-mile radius of our office locations in Allen, TX; Lenexa, KS; Springfield, MO; or Monett, MO.
All positions, regardless of location, may require an onsite interview or in-person onboarding requirement to verify your identity.
What you'll be responsible for:
  • Research client requests utilizing available support tools, documentation, and resources.
  • Research client questions thoroughly to increase personal knowledge and familiarity with various compliance topics and to provide the highest level of support possible.
  • Monitor incoming requests via cases and emails and resolve requests in accordance with Service Level Standards (SLS).
  • Partner with business units across the organization to align on the quality and delivery of information provided to clients.
  • Contribute to the development and ongoing management of Jack Henry's strategy for client assurance.
  • Partner with leadership on the evaluation of existing client assurance documentation and use growing industry experience to appropriately address gaps in the program, and assess, monitor, and evaluate areas of opportunity.
  • Maintain, review, and update program documentation including but not limited to internal processes and procedures and client-facing documentation.
  • Create, maintain, and regularly review educational resources for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Stay abreast of industry, regulatory and due diligence requirements.
  • May perform other job duties as assigned.

What you'll need to have:
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in any of the following: corporate policy, compliance, or governance; risk management; information security; or audit.
  • Experience working in-house within a heavily regulated industry (e.g. finance, healthcare, government, defense).
  • Ability to travel up to 5% for team meetings and client site visits.

What would be nice for you to have:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Certified Enterprise Risk Professional (CERP), Certified Risk Manager (CRM), Governance, Risk and Compliance Professional (GRCP) or similar risk management certification preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication.
  • High regard for customer service and a customer-first mindset.
  • Has a wide range of experience and able to resolve complex issues. Works on complex and diverse projects. Analysis requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
  • Strong analytical skills including the ability to identify and assess risk as it relates to complex relationships and contractual obligations.
  • AI forward and ability to work in numerous technology platforms.
  • Applies sound judgment in prioritizing work, identifying risks or issues, and escalating as appropriate.
  • Knowledge of financial institution audit and compliance, regulatory requirements, enterprise and operational risk management, and industry best practices.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and coordinate multiple stakeholders to deliver results.
