Royal Caribbean Group's Inside Sales Team has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Rep, Celebrity Inside Sales reporting to the Sr Mgr, Inside Sales & Support.
This position will be working from Florida.
Position Summary:
Drive profitable revenue from designated travel accounts with annual revenue under $50K. Inside Sales Representative is accountable for growth of assigned accounts, and to meet company sales and growth goals with an emphasis on account penetration.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers, front line advisors and managing team individual accounts within territory.
  • Lead negotiations, including setting revenue/passenger growth targets and allocation of co-op marketing funds.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to conduct comprehensive business reviews with assigned accounts.
  • Develops tactical promotion strategies for assigned territory, with accountability for ROI analysis and practice-sharing.
  • Coordinates and conducts agent trainings, including ship tours, ensuring the development of Celebrity brand champions. Ensures that assigned accounts and advisors are kept up to date with the latest brand information including itineraries, pricing, product enhancements and trade resources.
  • Consistently monitors and updates customer business profiles within CRM system (ROI, cost of sale, yield, retention, automation), in addition to reporting/communicating business performance updates with assigned accounts
  • Collaborate with National Account Managers to identify and pursue opportunities and strategic initiatives within Consortia.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of all Celebrity Cruises products, services, and brand representation.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, understanding that this job description does not limit the scope of responsibilities for this position.
  • Inside Sales Representative will perform other duties as required.
