PRIVATE COUNTRY CLUB F&B MANAGER
The Clubs of Cordillera Ranch
Boerne, Texas
Are you the kind of hospitality leader who believes service is more than steps of service?
At The Clubs of Cordillera Ranch, we are looking for a Food & Beverage Manager who understands that great hospitality is built through presence, standards, training, accountability, and genuine care for people.
If you have read Unreasonable Hospitality and believe those principles can be brought to life through disciplined daily execution, we want to talk with you.
Who We Are
The Clubs of Cordillera Ranch is one of Texas' premier private club communities, where members expect exceptional food, beverage, service, and experiences.
Our Food & Beverage team is focused on building a culture of hospitality, professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement. We are not looking for someone to simply manage shifts. We are looking for someone who can help lead the next level of service.
Who You Are
You are a polished, hands-on hospitality leader who thrives on the floor.
You know how to coach a team, hold standards, solve problems, and create memorable member experiences. You are calm under pressure, highly organized, dependable, and committed to building a team that performs with pride and consistency.
You may come from a high-end private club, luxury hotel, resort, or respected restaurant group, but what matters most is your ability to lead people, execute systems, and elevate service.

  • Support member satisfaction through thoughtful service recovery and relationship-building
  • Execute club events with attention to detail and operational discipline
  • Help improve systems, checklists, side work, training, and communication

  • Support labor management, scheduling, inventory awareness, and cost-control expectations
  • Build a culture where team members are proud to serve at a high level

What You Bring
  • Experience in private clubs, luxury hotels, resorts, or upscale restaurant operations preferred

  • Proven ability to lead, train, coach, and hold teams accountable
  • Professional communication and strong emotional control under pressure
  • Detail-oriented approach to service, systems, cleanliness, and execution
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak club periods
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and member experience

Why Join Cordillera Ranch
This is an opportunity to be part of a high-performing private club environment with strong standards, meaningful member relationships, and room to grow.
We are building a culture where hospitality matters, details matter, and leadership matters.
If you are looking for a place to prove yourself, develop your leadership, and help shape the future of a premier private club F&B operation, we would like to meet you.
