Preferred Student Classification Nature & Purpose of Position
Join the Gibbs Ranch team at Sam Houston State University and gain hands-on experience in ranch management, livestock care, and agricultural operations. This role is perfect for students looking to expand their skills in agriculture and animal science through real-world application.
Other Requirements for the Position
Key Responsibilities:
Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine upkeep and repairs on ranch equipment to ensure smooth operations.
Cattle Working: Assist with all tasks related to cattle management, including handling, health monitoring, and herd management.
Livestock Care: Feed, water, and check livestock daily to ensure their well-being.
