Location: 100 MKDA Way, Griffin, Georgia 30224

Supervisor: Casting supervisor

Position summary:

This position will be engaged in activities within the Casting Process of Mitsui Kinzoku Die-Casting Technology America, Inc. (the โ€œCompanyโ€ or โ€œMKDAโ€).

The (position title) will be responsible for maintain and manage the specified manufacturing conditions for the automation equipment of the casting process. This will include responsibilities related to melting melting the raw material and automatically pouring the molten metal into the mold attached to the casting machine.

Minimum Background, Skills and Educational Requirements:

โ€ข High school graduation (required)

โ€ข 5 years or more experience in die casting process (required) or 5 years or more experience in automobile manufacturing parts. the automobile parts manufacturing industry (required)

โ€ข Language skills: Be fluent in business-level English.

โ€ข Good relationships and interpersonal skills.

โ€ข Investigate the cause and take countermeasures when a quality abnormality occurs

โ€ข Quality check of manufactured products after mold repair

โ€ข Quality check of manufactured products after equipment repair

โ€ข Communication of quality and production information between production shifts

โ€ข Maintain a safe and clean environment

โ€ข Participation and compliance with activities to maintain requirements of company and industry standards.
