WHAT ARE THE HOURS?

This is a full-time carpentry position working Monday through Friday, with shifts ranging from 7 AM-4 PM, 8 AM-5 PM, and 9 AM-5 PM, all within normal business hours. You'll serve our clients throughout Lafayette, Dayton, Otterbein, Crawfordsville, Rossville, and Monticello, Indiana.


WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?

As our Skilled Carpenter, you'll execute residential remodeling projects from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include careful demolition, installing cabinetry, trim, flooring, windows, doors, drywall, and paint, along with light framing, plumbing, and electrical tasks as needed. You'll review project scopes, troubleshoot issues, maintain a clean and safe worksite, document progress in Buildertrend, assist with material planning, and represent Tri-County Home Pros professionally in every home.
