Overview:

Are you passionate about helping people and providing outstanding customer service? We’re building a compassionate, responsive, and detail-oriented team to serve as a trusted resource for members navigating their benefits and healthcare questions. In this role, you’ll assist customers over the phone and email, answer benefit and eligibility questions, help resolve claims issues, and deliver a positive customer experience every day.


Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer questions regarding benefits, claims, eligibility, and payments
  • Provide friendly, professional support via phone, email, and written communication
  • Research and resolve customer concerns with empathy and accuracy
  • Document interactions and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with enrollment updates and administrative support tasks
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues efficiently


Requirements:

  • 1+ year of previous call center experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and computer systems
  • Punctuality and reliability
  • Typing speed of 40+ WPM
  • High school diploma or equivalent
