What is a full time business immigration attorney?

A Full Time Business Immigration Attorney is a legal professional who specializes in helping businesses and individuals navigate the complex process of obtaining work visas, green cards, and other employment-based immigration benefits. They advise employers on compliance with immigration laws, represent clients in front of immigration authorities, and assist with petitions for foreign employees. Their work ensures that companies can legally hire international talent and helps individuals secure proper authorization to work and live in the United States.
