Position Overview:
The Full-Time Luxury Bridal & Evening Stylist delivers an elevated, personalized shopping experience to brides and eveningwear clients. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for styling, client service, and luxury fashion, with mandatory weekend availability to support peak appointment times. Pay is hourly + commission .
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Experience & Styling
  • Conduct bridal and eveningwear appointments with warmth, professionalism, and expert styling guidance.
  • Listen closely to clients’ needs, preferences, and vision to curate gown selections that align with their aesthetic.
  • Educate clients on fit, fabric, customization options, and designer details to support confident decision-making.
  • Maintain luxury service standards, ensuring each client feels valued, understood, and celebrated.
Sales Responsibilities
  • Drive sales through genuine relationship-building and thoughtful recommendations.
  • Accurately process orders, special requests, and payment details.
  • Maintain detailed client notes to ensure seamless follow-up and overall client satisfaction.
  • Support team sales goals by contributing to weekend appointments and peak booking periods.
Salon Standards & Support
  • Help maintain a pristine, organized salon environment, including fitting rooms and sales floor.
  • Assist in prepping gowns, accessories, and fittings for upcoming appointments.
