The Opportunity:
Your chance to join Team CACI as a Bosnian/Croatian Language instructor on our Prime contract supporting government operations in Fairfax, VA! This position is not remote. You would be 100% on-site in our Fairfax or Reston, VA offices.
Responsibilities:
This role will enable you to utilize both your linguistic and teaching skills for a mission-driven role. You will provide in-person instruction for advanced students (Level 2-3 certified) in Bosnian Croatian and may be required to summarize/gist, translate, triage, quality control and/or edit language materials into correct grammatical American English.
Qualifications:
  • Active TS/SCI Clearance with adjudicated Polygraph
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Ability to pass an advanced English test
  • Ability to score Level 5 on Speaking, Listening, and Reading target language tests
  • Minimum five (5) years' professional experience in language teaching/instruction
  • In-depth knowledge of the geopolitical, regional, ethnic, and cultural components of target language geographical areas
  • Master use of MS Office and internet research

Desired Qualifications:
  • Has good understanding of one or more regional dialects
  • Consecutive and/or simultaneous interpretation abilities

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
