Compensation
Total compensation depends on experience and performance.
On average, Move Captains earn $17 (min)-$27 plus+ per hour which includes tips and monthly performance bonuses.
There is a probationary period and paid training specifically for the College HUNKS Way.
Note:
  1. Previous experience as a move captain and/or move leader is required. Veteran in truck prep, driving larger box trucks, proper wrapping technique, loading, HHG protection, etc is required. At least 1+ years of demonstrated experience required.
  2. FULL TIME
  3. SCHEDULE: MON-FRIDAY + WEEKENDS AS NEEDED
  4. Schedule forecast built out in advance

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  1. Provide friendly, positive and stress free moving or hauling experience to all customers
  2. Limited training for new newer movers
  3. Safely move, pack, and unpack customer belongings
  4. Be on time. Be friendly. Be safe.
  5. Lead by example. Always be branding.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
  1. Reliable transportation to and from work
  2. Valid/Active Driver's License
  3. Endurance to lift and carry heavy items (*up to 150lbs utilizing leg muscles multiple times per day*) while climbing stairs, balancing, and walking.
  4. Positive outlook and willingness to work hard
  5. Must be willing to submit a background check
  6. Eligible to work in the United States
